What is the AI Content Optimizer?

What does the AI Content Optimizer do?

The AI Content Optimizer is a Pro feature in Visibly AI that reads your post content, identifies which of the 10 AEO signals you are failing, and returns specific suggestions for fixing them — written in your content's voice, ready to copy and paste directly into your post.

It does not give generic advice. It reads your actual post and tells you: here is a question-format heading you could replace this section title with, here is a short direct answer to add under it, here is FAQ schema you could add based on what your post covers.

How do you run it?

Open any post in the Gutenberg editor. In the Visibly AI sidebar, scroll to the AI Content Optimizer panel. Click Analyze with AI.

The analysis takes 10–20 seconds. Results appear as suggestion cards — one per failing signal. Each card includes a specific fix you can copy directly into your post or insert with one click.

What signals does it cover?

The optimizer covers all 10 AEO signals:

Question-format headings
Short direct answers (40–60 words)
FAQ schema markup
Defined terms
Article schema
Word count
Meta description
Heading hierarchy
Table or comparison format
Author bio

For each failing signal, it generates a targeted suggestion based on your post's content — not a generic template.

Does it work without Google Search Console?

Yes. The optimizer works on any post immediately — no GSC connection required. It analyzes your content structure and returns signal-based suggestions.

If you connect Google Search Console, suggestions become keyword-aware. The optimizer will see which queries your post already ranks for and tailor its suggestions to help you rank better for those specific terms. For example, if your post ranks at position 14 for "how to build a morning routine," the optimizer will focus on the signals most likely to push that query onto page 1.

GSC connection is optional — the optimizer is useful without it, and more powerful with it.

How many analyses do I get per month?

Pro plan: 50 analyses per month. Agency plan: 200 per month. Each click of "Analyze with AI" uses one analysis, including the AI schema generation buttons (Generate FAQ with AI, Generate HowTo with AI).

Your usage count is shown in the sidebar under the Analyze button.

Where do the suggestions go?

Suggestion cards appear in the sidebar. From each card you can:

Copy the suggestion text to paste it wherever you want in your post
Insert into post — drops the content directly into the editor at the cursor position (for text suggestions)
Insert into Schema panel — for FAQ suggestions, writes the Q&A pairs directly into the Schema Markup panel (no copy/paste needed)
